  • Supported advertising campaigns, including insertion orders / IAB Terms negotiation, performance obligations, regulatory concerns, and brand safety provisions.

  • Provided pre-publication review support and risk analysis relating to defamation, privacy, IP, and confidential information concerns.

  • Assisted in developing practical AI use policies and contract clauses addressing training data, prohibited use, confidentiality, and output ownership considerations.

  • Negotiated event agreements spanning venue contracts, catering and production vendors, speaker and talent arrangements, and sponsorship packages.
